Online Returns
Purchased something online that didn't strike your fancy in person? Have no fear! Online purchases can be returned for store credit within 20 days of purchase. Please contact returns@broadandjones.com for a return authorization number complete with your order number and a brief description of your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Apothecary products, final sale items and gift cards are exempt from being returned. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to request a tracking number. We are not responsible for any returns lost during transit.

Items must be postmarked within 20 days of the order date, or they will result in a denial.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed and we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card. Gift card will have no expiration date, but we suspect you'll use it pretty quickly!

Damaged Items
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo to returns@broadandjones.com no later than 3 days after delivery. Damage claims are eligible for store credit, exchange (if applicable) or full refund. We will also issue you a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience. If the box arrives visibly damaged, please snap a photo of that as well, so we can work on improving shipping methods. 

Any damage claims after the 3-day window will be denied as we cannot validate the claim. 

Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our inventory, we do not offer exchanges. We suggest that you return your item to receive a store credit to put towards your purchase.  

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
